This was discussed on the forum a while ago. The idea would be that local buyers and sellers could post requests or respond to requests in realtime. Kind of like a dating chat app.

Bid to receive advance notice on leads. For example, maybe you see the lead 2 hours before normal users because you bid for advance notice.

This might be useful for larger organizations. Perhaps you want to manage multiple campaigns and sets of key/kills for each. Essentially, this saves you from having to subscribe multiple times.

If Ben's Gigs spots a raw email address, email an autoresponse on your behalf.

That would be version 1. In subsequent versions, we would tackle autoresponding to masked emails (a la Craigslist) and contact forms.

Ben's Gigs can employ and train sales agents to work on a commission-only basis. They would work with your skill set and talk to your leads on your behalf.

I have successfully used this model for many years. I have a primary "sales guy" who takes 10% of any business he closes. In return, he mans the incoming leads and does all the pre-sales work.

There is code in beta testing that allows you to train bensgigs to recognize leads you like using artificial intelligence. It gradually gets better and better at recognizing strong leads.

I'm not sure what to do with this capability though. It could potentially be used as an email threshold to further filter the leads that get emailed. Thoughts?
